2. Learn the tool
Access video walkthroughs, online manuals and a checklist, so you can get to work. We are available for any and all questions.
If we are importing data from spreadsheets, we start this work and walk through the process.
3. Start navigation
In our in-depth session, we dive into the tool. We guide you through it, and map out entities together for you to get a feel of how it is to work in the tool. At the end, there’s time for Q&A, and we’ll discuss next steps.
4. Start implementing
At this stage, it is your turn to implement. You’ll get access to reference cases and best practice information to help you map out your data in the best possible way. Your Customer Success rep is available to tackle any questions that come up.
5. Get Successful
We revisit your work, ensure you are up and running in your business, discuss any outstanding issues. We’ll walk through the checklist and make sure we’ve covered all your needs and feel confident to keep working in the tool.
We stay in touch and invite you to check-ins along your journey. We’ll keep providing useful tips, product roadmap and updates, and introduce features that might support your business.
