The last weeks we have made several updates to DPOrganizer. The last version is 1.13.1. In addition to making the system faster and changing some design to simplify the use, we’ve also added some new functionality:
Delete entities directly in your account
You can delete entities directly in your account if mistakes were made or is no longer relevant. I the list views of the various entities, the Edit-button has been replaced with “Actions”, and by clicking this button you can find the option “Delete”.
This functionality is however not activated as standard for users. Let us know who should have the right to delete entities, and we will add that to their permission profile.
Add several contact persons and responsible persons
You can add several contact persons and responsible persons for Data Processors and Other Recipients (and soon will be able to do so also for Databases and Data Access Points).
Check all boxes on a row
You can choose to check all boxes on a row in a table by using the new “select all-alternative”. Black checkboxes indicate that all checkboxes on the row is checked. A grey checkbox means that at least one checkbox is checked.
