Caroline Olstedt Carlström is one of Sweden’s foremost advocates of data protection and privacy. She got into the industry very early and has worked in a number of influential roles – as a European Advisory Board Member for IAPP, as Vice President of Privacy at Klarna, and as co-founder of the Swedish Data Protection Forum. In this interview, we chat about what it was like to work in privacy in the early 2000s, and Caroline shares advice about how to bring change and have an impact in organisations.
