DPOrganizer’s former CFO Alicia Hatt formally took over the CEO role on January 1, 2022, following a transitionary period with former CEO Carl Svantesson.

Alicia joined DPOrganizer as Head of Finance in December 2020 and was promoted to CFO shortly thereafter. Before joining the company, she’s held roles as Finance Business Partner at air mobility company Lilium, and CFO at the innovation and design agency Above. Alicia also holds an MBA from the EU Business School.

“I’ve worked closely with Alicia since she started in 2020, and she’s been a tremendous asset in setting the right structures for our company’s growth. Her ability to achieve operational excellence will be vital as we see the market grow, and I look forward to our continued collaboration.” – says founder Egil Bergenlind.

Alicia is succeeding Carl Svantesson, who’s left the company to take on new challenges.
